Toilet Facilities
There are five main toilet blocks within the Centre; each block has dedicated accessible units which specifically cater for the needs of disabled people and are immediately accessible from each toilet area lobby.
Please note entrance to each toilet unit is via RADAR lock. Keys are available from service staff within the toilet areas or from the Customer Services Desks within the malls.
Assisted Change Facilities (pictured above)
The Lower Orient toilet area is equipped with an assisted change facility, including an electric hoist, and an adjustable table and Closamat toilet. The key for this facility can be obtained from the Customer Services desk in the main dome, and from environmental services staff located in the toilet areas.
Transport Facilities
Our Metrolink shuttle bus utilises wheelchair friendly buses. Some bus companies operate low floor buses to The Trafford Centre on certain services. Our on-site taxi service, Passenger Cars, offers wheelchair friendly vehicles operating from the taxi rank in front of The Great Hall.

Car Parking
Centre Security personnel patrol the car parks and will deal with any parking abuse of the spaces set aside for customers with disabilities.
Lifts, Ramps, Lowered Kerbs
The Centre is ideal for those using mobility aids, (wheelchairs and scooters etc). There are ramps to all public entrances and drop kerbs for step free access from car parks at all locations. This includes raised “Zebra” crossings for safe access from public car parks to entrances and walkways.
